Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster presentations are open to pharmacy residents (PGY1 and PGY2), fellows, students and faculty.

Poster Details

• The due date for poster titles & presenting author is Monday October 5, 2026.

• Full results are not mandatory, these can be research in progress with methodology, or quality/process improvement.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Titles & Authors can be submitted HERE

• Confirmation of acceptance will be communicated along with additional presentation details.

Poster Construction

• Trifold board construction, must be self-supporting on a table top, reccomended size 48" wide × 36" high

• Poster heading should include the following information: title, names of authors, degrees, institution(s) where work was performed, PGY-X & specialty if applicable, contact email for the first author, and presenter conflicts of interest disclosure.

• References can be placed within the poster.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

Poster Presentation Instructions (day of the meeting)

• Posters will be displayed for the entirety of the conference day.

• Presenters are encouraged to be at their poster for a dedicated 30 minute window (see conference schedule).

• Poster will be evaluated by assigned OCCP members.

• Feedback/evaluation forms will be distributed via email to the presenter after the meeting.
