Please submit abstracts, presentations and bios as instructed below.
All files submitted should be Microsoft Word files (“.doc” or “.docx”) or Microsoft PowerPoint” (“.ppt” or “pptx”)
File names should be in the following format: Last name_First Name as noted in the presentation guidelines above.

Resident Abstract Submission Instructions:

Resident Slide Submission Instructions:

Slides should be emailed to amanda.mertz@va.gov with the subject line OCCP Slide Submission. Slides will not be accepted after April 26th, 2024. You will receive a confirmation email if your slides are appropriately received.

Resident Bio Submission Instructions:

Bios should be emailed to amanda.mertz@va.gov with the subject line OCCP Bio Submission.
